How soon will my order be shipped? 

Credit card orders Paypal and Google checkout are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the the placement of the order unless the item is on a back order. Money orders and checks are exceptable but have to be processed and clear Sensuous by Design's bank account before the order for your merchandise will be shipped.

What forms of payment does Sensuous by Design accept? 

Sensuous by Design accepts payment by credit card thru Authorize.net, Paypal Check out, and Google Check out. We also will accept a check or money order, but this form of payment can delay your order.  

If I would like to order by check or money order where do I send my payment?

All pyment by check or money order need to be sent to Sensuous by Design at 1722 N. College Ave. Ste.C PMB 317, Fayetteville, AR. 72703. Once received you will be sent an e-mail that we have received your payment. Please allow about 5 days for processing.

Can I contact Sensuous by Design beside e-mail?

Yes: You can contact us Monday thru Friday at 479.521-6724. If we are busy in the warehouse please leave us a message with name and phone number, and we will return your call. If you are out of the area you can call us on our 800# at 800.521-0097, and ask for one of our reps. with Sensuous by Design.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order is being shipped with in the 48 Contiguous States, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 business days unless the item is on back order. If you order from outside the 48 Contiguous Satates, you will usually recieve your order within 14 business days depending on if your item is in stock and where it is being shipped to.

What can I do if I don't like my item?

As always this question gets a little touchy. Most of the merchandise you purchase from Sensuous by Design can be exchange or returned. *IMPORTANT* DUE TO HEALTH REASONS, SENSUOUS BY DESIGN CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY MERCHANDISE THAT COVERS THE CROTCH (EXAMPLE: TEDDIES/PANTIES/SWIMWEAR). So please select those items carefully. Click on and read our shipping and return policy on our Home Page on the bottom left hand corner under the Information section.

Holiday Returns ... Christmas and Valentines

Holiday Return Policy for Christmas and Valentines Day: Returns or exchanges are extended during Christmas and Valentines Day. Items purchased for Christmas between November 1st thur December 24th may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after December 25th as long as the merchandise is unworn or soiled, all tags attached, is unopened and in it's original packaging. Items purchased for Valentines Day between January 15th and February 13th may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after February 14th as along as the merchandise is unopened in the original packaging, unworn or soiled and has all tags still attached. What are your shipping rates in the 48 Contiguous States?

If you are like us we hate shipping charges. Sensuous by Design doesn't try to make any money on shipping or handling of your item. Our flate rate shipping is usually by priority mail. Our charge to you is usually around $5.95 for the first item, and around $2.00 for each additional item. Any order over $95.00 always ships FREE. We offen offer FREE shipping at various times during the year.
